Linda Walker

Linda began her full-time career as a Realtor in 2001 with a local residential real estate broker in East Texas. After moving to the DFW area in 2004 to be close to her children, she joined RE/MAX and remained with the same broker group through the spring of 2017. While with RE/MAX, Linda achieved various award levels ranging from Executive and 100% Clubs in years 2005-2013 and Platinum Club for years 2014-2016, as well as Hall of Fame for her career production. For multiple years, she has received recognition from D Magazine as a Top Residential Real Estate Producer and Best Real Estate Agent.

Her passion for residential real estate began early in her marriage, when she and Johnny purchased their first home in 1978 and immediately began remodeling and adding creative interior design touches to their small “ordinary” frame home. Family, friends and neighbors were amazed at what these two youngsters accomplished with their own hands. It didn’t stop there...every home they have owned since has undergone significant to complete transformation. These homes have included a 1931 southern colonial 3,500 sf home complete remodel, a 1998 traditional remodel, 1985 Tudor complete remodel as well as a number of others. They have dealt with the nuances of design, style and construction-type of homes built in varying eras which gives them unique perspective in viewing homes with buyers and in helping prepare client’s homes for sale.

Linda is gifted with an “eye” for color and interior design, which helps in staging homes for sale and in providing ideas for buyers as they view prospective homes. Her talents are not limited to the interior of the home as she has extensive experience in landscaping and exterior color selection.

Because of her strong faith, Linda views her real estate career as ministry as well as a business. This sense of ministry drives her to go “above-and-beyond” for each client...they become family. Linda’s spirit and professionalism have gained her respect from other Realtors which is helpful in the negotiation process whether buying or selling.
