Johnny obtained his real estate license in 2005 and worked with Linda on an as-needed basis until 2014 when he joined her full-time in the residential real estate business. As a CPA for over 35 years, serving primarily in public accounting, he dealt with many real estate transactions and was exposed to many financial functions and methods that are helpful in his career as a Realtor. His extensive experience in serving clients and meeting their specific needs has prepared Johnny to provide outstanding personal service to buyers and sellers in the real estate industry.
As a young man, he worked in a variety of fields in the construction industry, giving him a broad base of experience that he has utilized in remodeling of homes. When Johnny and Linda purchased their first home in 1978, they immediately began remodeling and adding creative interior design touches to their small “ordinary” frame home. Family, friends and neighbors were amazed at what these two youngsters accomplished with their own hands. It didn’t stop there…every home they have owned since has undergone significant to complete transformation. These homes have included a 1931 southern colonial 3,500 sf home complete remodel, a 1998 traditional remodel, 1985 Tudor complete remodel as well as a number of others. They have dealt with the nuances of design, style and construction-type of homes built in varying eras which gives them unique perspective in viewing homes with buyers and in helping prepare client’s homes for sale.
Johnny is committed to providing the very best service possible for the clients he and Linda take on, whether buying or selling.
